"Meeting Point", "Networking", "Networking", a space for communication, opportunities, where work, association and business relationships are promoted.
Throughout the course, students have worked on communication between companies through telephone and email, it is the moment of personal contact, "FACE TO FACE".

• Use close and personal contact to project a positive image of our companies.
• Work on your network of contacts, establish and cultivate professional relationships, create ties, alliances.
• Identify new business opportunities, to generate synergies.

PRIZE

All participating simulated companies will receive a certificate of participation in the 15th edition of the Basque Country MEETING POINT.

Why do we need it? To schedule appointments for the event, to communicate via telephone, always respecting the agreed-upon times, and to exchange emails.

IMPORTANT: 11/17/25: the information for each shop window must be completed.
Why do we need it? To facilitate the proper management of the event. The first task, along with scheduling appointments, should be to complete the information for each display window.
Each company will have its own space to display all the information necessary to manage the event: contact details of the simulated company, activity, product catalog and event offer, advertising spot (even if you are not participating in the challenge you can create it).
You can consult it whenever you need to without depending on schedules, phone calls or emails.
The “ADVERTISING SPOT CHALLENGE” will be the space where we will place the SPOT with which we participate for viewing and evaluation.
In the “OUTSTANDING COMPANY CHALLENGE” this showcase will be the first point we will assess and we will take it into account for the final vote.

2.-DURING THE EVENT

Students must be prepared to represent their company, focus on the moment, relate to others, and communicate consciously.
• Manage personal and group tasks.
• Achieve the set objectives.
Companies registered for the OUTSTANDING COMPANY CHALLENGE must also take into account their additional objectives for the challenge.

3.-AFTER THE EVENT

• Analyze the event (our participation and that of the other companies), tasks performed, objectives achieved, ...
Manage the work done, documentation, contacts, agreements, orders, delivery notes, invoices, collections and payments.
*It will be mandatory to manage and finalize all transactions generated at the event.
