🔹 OUTSTANDING COMPANY CHALLENGE VOTING FORM:
Access via QR code projected on screen on the day of the event (active until 12:15 pm)
- Only accessible with the email of the coordinator of the simulated company
Once the vote has been cast, it cannot be modified or repeated.
🔹 FROM 10:30 AM TO 12:30 PM:
Conscious participation, observation, and analysis of registered companies. Evaluation of each company based on template points.
🔹 12:15 PM: END OF VOTING:
Before 12:15 pm, voting will take place via the QR code projected on the screen. This code is only accessible with the email address of the coordinator of the simulated company.
Only 1 vote per company is allowed; you cannot vote for yourself.
¬ Access to the voting form will close at 12:15 pm (companies that have not voted will not be able to do so).
🔹 12:30 PM: COMMUNICATION FROM SELECTED COMPANY
The name of the selected company will be announced (if the selected company does not appear, the next most voted company will be awarded).
The students will give a brief explanation (5 min.) about their management of the event.
